1. What makes Soul To Rise T-shirts different?


Our T-shirts are made with 100% ring-spun cotton, a premium, soft fabric that feels amazing to wear all year round. Each tee is printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology for sharp, long-lasting prints.

 

Plus, they’re made using ethically grown and harvested U.S. cotton, certified by Oeko-Tex for safety and quality.


2. Are your T-shirts true to size?


Yes! All our tees run true to size and are pre-shrunk to minimize shrinking after washing. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page to find your best fit.


3. Are these unisex shirts?

4. Where are your T-shirts printed and shipped from?


All our shirts are printed and shipped in the USA 🇺🇸, ensuring quality control, fast processing, and ethical production.



SHIPPING & DELIVERY


5. How long will it take to receive my order?


Each item is made to order just for you. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days (USA) and 10–30 business days for international orders.


6. Do you offer free shipping?


Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over USD $75. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


7. How can I track my order?


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey to your doorstep.


8. My package hasn’t arrived — what should I do?


If your package seems delayed, please check your tracking info first. If it shows no updates for several days or appears lost, reach out to us at cs@soultorise.com, and we’ll look into it right away.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


9. Can I return or exchange my T-shirt if I ordered the wrong size or color?


Because each product is made to order, we don’t support returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please double-check your size before ordering.


10. What if my T-shirt arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue?


No worries — we’ve got your back. If your item has a defect or printing error, just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. We’ll happily offer a free reprint or refund — no need to return the item.


11. What if my order couldn’t be delivered?


In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can choose either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. Just email us, and we’ll help you sort it out.

12. How do I take care of my T-shirt to keep it looking new?


We stand behind our quality, but a little care goes a long way! Here’s how to keep your tee fresh:

 

  • Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F) with similar colors.
  • Air dry when possible, or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Avoid bleach and dry cleaning.
  • If ironing, use low heat and avoid the printed area.

 

13. Will the print fade over time?


DTG prints are made to last! With proper care (gentle wash and low heat), your design will stay vibrant for years.


14. Is the cotton sustainably sourced?


Yes! We’re proud members of the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol, ensuring every tee is made with ethically grown and sustainably harvested cotton.
