You have two options at checkout:

OPTION 1: Send directly to someone special

Either way, the gift card email includes:

• A unique code to redeem at checkout.
• Simple instructions for use.
• The gift card amount.


Delivery is instant - arrives within 5 minutes!

Yes! When you check "I want to send this as a gift", you'll see an option to choose a delivery date.

Perfect for:

🎂 Birthdays (schedule it to arrive on their actual day!)

🎄 Holidays (set it and forget it)

💝 Anniversaries or special occasions

The gift card will be sent directly to their email at 12:00 AM on the date you select. 

You'll get a confirmation copy so you know it was delivered!

No problem at all! Any leftover balance automatically stays on the gift card for next time.

For example: 

• Gift card value: $100

• First purchase: $82.47 (our MIX3 bundle)

• Remaining balance: $17.53 (ready for their next Soul to Rise find!)

To see the remaining balance, they can enter the gift card code at checkout - it'll show the available amount before completing any purchase.

Or they can always email us at cs@soultorise.com and we'll check it for them! 

Yes! They can stack as many gift cards as they'd like on a single purchase. 

Got 3 gift cards totaling $150?

They can use all three at checkout to grab our MIX5 bundle and more. No limits, no restrictions. 

Super simple - just 3 steps:

1. Shop the Soul to Rise store and add items to cart

2. At checkout, enter the gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" box

3. Click "Apply" - the balance deducts automatically!

Gift cards are transferable - the code can be shared with anyone! 

If the order total is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.

The code lives in the original email we sent you, so you can always re-forward it. If your person deleted it or can't find it, just reach out to us at cs@soultorise.com with:

• The order number from your purchase

• The recipient's email (if you forwarded it to them)

We'll look up the code and resend it within 1-2 business days.

Gift card codes never expire or deactivate, so the value is always safe! 

Since gift cards are delivered digitally and instantly, we can't offer refunds once the code has been sent to your email.

However:

• The card never expires (someone special can use it anytime!).

• It works on everything in our store.
