- Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F) with similar colors.
- Use gentle detergent – mild formulas help your print last longer.
- Skip the bleach & dry cleaning – they can damage the fabric & print.
- Air dry whenever possible – it's gentler on your shirt & the planet.
- Tumble dry on low heat, avoid drying with heavy items like coats.
- Iron on low heat only, avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
- Avoid excessive spin cycles to reduce wear and tear.

How to Measure Your T-Shirt Size
Follow these steps to find the best fit:
- Grab a T-Shirt You Already Own.
- Choose a T-shirt that fits you comfortably.

Lay it flat on a bed or table & smooth out any wrinkles.
Measure the Chest
- From the seam under one sleeve across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.
- Measure across (not around) your body one inch below the center of your armpits.
Measure the Length
- Beside the collar at the top of the t-shirt (Highest Point Shoulder) to the bottom of the shirt.
Check the Fit
- Compare these measurements to our size chart.
- Based on customer feedback, our tees generally run true to size.
- If your measurement is the same as a size on the chart, & you prefer a slightly looser fit, you can consider ordering one size up.

Will the print crack or fade after washing?
No worries — our designs are printed using premium Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology, so colors stay vibrant wash after wash. Just follow the simple care tips (cold wash, low heat) and your print will stay looking fresh.
How do I know my size will fit right?
Our shirts run true to size with a modern unisex fit. You can check the size chart on each product page — and since our tees are pre-shrunk, you won’t have to worry about unwanted surprises after washing.
When will I receive my order?
Every tee is made to order, so it’s freshly printed just for you. Orders ship out within 2–5 business days (USA), and you’ll get a tracking email as soon as it’s on the way.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If something’s not right — like a misprint or defect — just email us within 30 days of delivery at cs@soultorise.com with a photo. We’ll quickly fix it with a free reprint or refund. No need to return the product!
